The Adventist Christian School is a vibrant state-integrated school with a roll between 90 – 100 children. It is centrally located in the heart of Palmerston North.
Children attending the school represent a variety of denominations and cultures. Our Christian staff are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of each of the children they work with.
Our school is part of the world-wide Seventh-day Adventist school system.
Quality Learning
The Staff and Board of Trustees are committed to building a strong Christian learning environment. Our goal is to see clear outworking of God’s character in children as they learn, work and play.
Teaching methods are geared towards offering each student a quality education. Teachers have regular Professional Development and the school has participated in a number of government initiatives so that children are encouraged to achieve well in all areas, especially literacy and numeracy.
Please feel free to contact the principal for additional information or for an obligation-free school visit.

BELIEFS…
Seventh-day Adventists are Christians who want to know God better and experience Him more in their lives and in community each day. Their hope in Jesus gives them a reason to believe, motivation to teach and a desire to help others. The name “Seventh-day Adventist” highlights two important beliefs: the Second Coming or “advent” of Jesus, expresses the church’s vital hope; the seventh-day Sabbath, or Saturday, emphasises the biblical day of worship of God as Creator and Saviour.
Seventh-day Adventists treasure the Bible as their only creed. They believe it is God’s message to humankind and that it contains all that people need to know about God and salvation, and about the basic principles for human relationships.
