Christian Schools Professional Development Day.
Why we chose a Friday to travel into the centre of Auckland, I’ll never know! However schools were encouraged to hire buses and do whatever they could to travel together and save on parking. All 218 colleagues representing ten schools and Masters Institute, safely made it to the central city venue for what proved to be a most rewarding day.
Evaluations concerning the day are still coming in and so far the attendees have been most positive about the day. Teachers and Support Staff combined together for fellowship, networking and professional input and challenge. We will make changes for next time and we seek to really develop this concept.
GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed piece of software for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring. It works on many operating systems, in many languages.
